Generally most companies put Employees on BR tax code with no P45 but I don’t
do that and get Employees to fill in a p46. It means that you pay standard
tax rate.
Unfortunately you have not earned enough at present to pay Tax and NI as
the tax threshold is £156 per week.
When you supply your P45 it should sort things out.
