month Your 4 days short. 26th, 27th 30, 31st and 1st September
They should actually pay you according to below t0 the 1st September.
Subject to Clause 14.1, the Employment will commence on 28th June 2021.
Employment may be terminated by either party giving, in writing, one weeks’
notice during the probationary period. Following written confirmation of a
successful probationary period the notice period will be one months’ notice.
This will increase by one month for each year of service, up to a maximum of
3 months' notice
The Employee will be entitled, with full remuneration, to the usual public
and bank holidays in England and Wales and a further 20 working days'
holidays, plus 1 additional working day holiday for each full year of
service, and up to a total maximum of 30 days holiday.
That calculates out on the amount that you earnt 1787.50 which means that
owe you £373.92 based on standard 20 days. (although this will change if
they pay the weeks’ notice) Thy are seriously breaking the law by not paying
holiday pay.
Giving you notice in and them saying they were going to fire you anyway
because of performance still does not give them the right to deduct the
weeks’ notice. You’ve not had any written warnings or any notifications.
In accordance with the contract you’ve not received any written
notifications and you had given them one weeks’ notice prior to them
terminating you.
If you get no joy then definitely contact ACAS
