Can you let Angel know that we have overpaid her by £363.50.
It my fault I’ve paid her the charge rate instead of paye. ( Don’t let her
know the charge rate)
But I’m going to have to take that cash back somehow. She should really have
let us know as she has a contract.
She currently has £228 in her holiday fund. So I can use that to pay some
back which means she will have accrued no holiday up to date. but she will
still have to have deducted £135.50.
I’m happy to do that over two weeks if she is ok with that at £67.75 per
week.
Can you have a chat with her please. Below is a breakdown of hours.
W47: week ending 17.02.19
Paid 36.75 hours at £13.80 = £507.15
Should be 36.75 hours at £10.54 = £387.34
Difference of £119.81
W48: week ending 24.02.19
