I am checking in to see if you received a letter we sent regarding the sale 
of Sarah Harvey. Since we sent this letter, the recent UK Budget has been 
announced and I wanted to share some positive insights that may affect you 
should you be considering a sale.

Whilst the budget included a relatively small increase in capital gains tax 
(CGT) from 20% to 24%, it is significantly less than some commentators had

Relief (BADR) will remain at the 10% rate until the next tax year. Although 
this rate will increase over the next two years, it provides a window of 
opportunity to consider a sale now before the increases come into effect. 
Despite the increases being announced, it will continue to offer a healthy 
reduction when compared to normal CGT rates.
