Your holiday allowance is based on the amount of hours that you work for a
temporary worker. Holiday can only be calculated on the amount you have done
not the amount you may do.
It works out approximately 12% of your total gross based on 37.5 hours. You
have only worked for four weeks hence you have been paid your total
accruement of £133.
If you work for another 8 weeks at 37.5 hours it works out at approximately
£40 per week accruement.
