National Rail services from St Pancras
There will be no EMR services between St Pancras International and Luton and
no Thameslink trains between West Hampstead Thameslink and Luton on Saturday
12 and Sunday 13 April. This is due to Network Rail engineering work.
For Luton Airport and for train connections from Luton towards Bedford, and
EMR destinations in the East Midlands and Yorkshire, use alternative trains
from King’s Cross to Hitchin and change there for replacement buses. There
will also be replacement buses for local journeys between West Hampstead
Thameslink, Harpenden and Luton.

Southern and Gatwick Express services
There will be no Southern or Gatwick Express services to or from London
Victoria on Sunday 13 April. Please use alternative rail services from
London Bridge, including for journeys to Gatwick Airport. This is due to
Network Rail engineering work.
Southern tickets will be accepted on the Tube between Victoria and London
Bridge. For local journeys, a replacement bus service will be running.
Southeastern services are not affected by these works.

between Paddington and Heathrow/Maidenhead after 06:00
Use alternative Tube services or local bus routes. This is due to
maintenance work.
DLR
Friday 11 April
Reduced service on the entire network
Trains will run less frequently and at different times, and your journey may
take longer than usual. Use Tube, Elizabeth line and local bus routes as an
alternative.
There will be no direct weekday service between Stratford and Lewisham -
change at Canary Wharf.
This is due to a Beckton depot closure.
London Trams
Until Friday 18 April
No service between Sandilands and New Addington
Trams will run between Wimbledon and Beckenham Junction/Elmers End.
Use local bus routes. Tram replacement buses will run between New Addington
and East Croydon. This is so that essential engineering works can be carried
out to improve the tramway.
Buses and roads
Bus journeys will be affected by the following changes over the weekend. We
expect to run a good service, but buses may be delayed, diverted or stop
short of their normal destination.
Thursday 10 April
Tottenham Hotspur
From 19:00 until 22:00, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will host a football
match, with kick off at 20:00. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are
expected before and after the match.
Thursday 10 until Sunday 13 April
O2 Arena
From 18:30 until 22:30, the O2 Arena will host a music concert every
evening. An additional music event will also be taking place at indigo at
the O2 on Sunday 13 April between 18:30 and 23:00. Large crowds and
increased traffic levels are expected before and after each event.
Friday 11 and Saturday 12 April
Trafalgar Square
From 10:00 until 18:00 both days, there will be an open air festival at
Trafalgar Square. No road closures but large crowds are expected.
Friday 11 until Sunday 13 April
A2 Old Kent Road
From 18:00 until 21:00 on Friday 11 April and from 21:00 on Saturday 12
until 04:00 on Sunday 13 April, the A2 will be closed in all directions at
the junction of Murdock Street. This is to facilitate the movement of an
abnormal load.
South London
From 18:00 until 21:00 on Friday 11 and from 18:00 on Saturday 12 until
04:00 on Sunday 13 April, an abnormal load will travel from Tilbury Docks to
New Cross.
Friday 11 until Monday 14 April
A3
From 21:00 on Friday 11 until 06:00 on Monday 14 April, the A3 will be
closed in both directions between Junction 10 and Painshill Roundabout/A245.
Signed diversion routes will be in place. This is due to National Highways
work.

Central London
From 07:00 until 19:00, Little Sanctuary and Little George Street in central
London will be closed due to filming.
East London
From 12:00 until 14:00, a march will be taking place from Altab Ali Park in
Whitehchapel to Wennington Green, with large crowds expected.
Arsenal
From 16:00 until 20:00, Emirates Stadium will host a football match, with
kick off at 17:30. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected
before and after the match.
Sunday 13 April
Waterloo Bridge
From 06:00 until 10:30, Waterloo Bridge will be closed in both directions
with traffic holds on Waterloo Roundabout. Strand Underpass will also be
closed from 06:00 until 17:30. This is due to filming.
* Bus routes 1, 59, 68, 76, 139, 172, 176, 188, 243, 341, N1, N68, N171 and
N343 will be diverted or curtailed from 05:30
* Routes 76 , 139, 243 and 341 will not serve Waterloo - buses will start
and finish from Aldwych
* Route 139 will not serve Waterloo - buses will start and finish from
Trafalgar Square
* Route 172 will not serve Aldwych - buses will start and finish from
Waterloo Station
* Route N343 will not serve Trafalgar Square- buses will start and finish
from London Bridge Station
* Routes 1, 59, 68, 176, 188, N1, N68, and N171 will serve all stops on
diversion via Strand, Whitehall, Westminster Bridge and York Road
West London
From 10:00 until 18:00, a boat race will start at Putney Bridge and end at
Chiswick Bridge. Large crowds are expected.
Hounslow
From 13:00 until 19:30, a religious procession will be taking place in the
Hounslow area. Large crowds are expected.
Stamford Bridge
From 13:00 until 16:00, Stamford Bridge stadium will host a football match,
with kick off at 14:30. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are
expected before and after the match.
Wembley
From 14:00 until 17:00, Wembley stadium will host a football match, with
kick off at 15:00. Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected
before and after the match.
Vauxhall Bridge
From 20:00 until 23:00, the east footway on Vauxhall Bridge and a section of
the riverwalk path on the north side of the bridge will be closed for
filming. The carriageway will remain open in both directions.
Santander Cycles
The following docking stations will be closed this weekend:
* Concert Hall Approach, Waterloo
* Stonecutter Street, Holborn
* Bank of England Museum
