Hi Bob,

The NI hike that kicked in last April still makes UK hiring more expensive. 
Every new hire now carries 15% employer NI on everything above £5,000, 
alongside PAYE admin, pension auto-enrolment and 28 days holiday.

Since the hike, many UK businesses have approached us to move back-office 
work to Cape Town, LATAM, the Philippines and India and free their UK team 
for billing and revenue roles.
