I’m quite happy for you to carry it forward at present but do remember that
you started accruing again in January 2021. We would like you to take some
or most of it before March or we will get to the same position next year.
Your holiday is an accrual based on hours worked. It doesn’t work quite the
same as Mondelez.
I will pay as requested this week.

Sorry but I thought I didn't have to take all my holidays by the end of
year.
I took a day off yesterday (you will see this on the timesheet).
I know Mondelez decided to let people move 10 days for 2021 due to these
difficult times. Can I keep 12 days ( I will take 1-2 around the end of
January -mid February, but still don't know the exact days).
And keep 10 days for the upcoming months? I am waiting for the situation to
get better in order to travel abroad to my family, hopefully in March, this
is why I don't want to waste them.
