We were under the impression it just wouldn't update at the end of the
year but we would still have access to our database which is our own work
before we bought the latest version of Act We want to try a new database
would the contact information be on the old PC server?

Hi Bob,
I recommend renewing the licence. I don't know how else you could view or
modify your contact or client information. The Act! database is likely to
be in their own proprietary format and is best viewed or modified using
the Act! application.
Why are you annoyed with them? Are they charging you too much to renew?

Just looking for advice. Our ACT licence has run out and I don't want to
renew it but it has all of our contacts and client information on and we
can't access it. We did have this information previous to installing the
New Act last year.
Would we be able to access this information separately as we cant get on
ACT now. Bit annoyed with them.
