Just to confirm Scott will be with you at 4:00pm. He's very much looking 
forward to the interview.

On the other side:
I've interviewed over 10 people personally this week that I felt could be 
suitable but all have been lacking that personality and experience. 
Generally most experienced managers are around the 50 year of age mark and 
asking a lot of money so that's basically narrowed my search along with that 
I'm conscious of the fact that they need to be in commuting range of your 
offices. I don't think that someone over an hour a way from you will be 
suitable. Most general Managers and Operations people are looking for very 
high salaries so I'm conscious of that also.  Finding that perfect match is 
tricky given the nature of your business and sometimes you have to wait for 
the right person to arise.
I feel that I'm letting you down at present but I don't want to waste your 
time with people that can't do the job. I also don't want people that are 
not going to stay with you and are using it for a stepping stone. It has to 
be someone who will be loyal and dedicated.

Adam Brandst has pretty much everything you were looking for. Experienced, 
loyal, dedicated lives within easy reach, right sort of age, will work all 
hours. If you want to see him again, I can arrange that. I think that he's 
set a good standard on what I've been looking for which has made it a 
difficult search.

I don’t know what's happened to Scott he's not been answering my messages.
