Dear Robert,

 

As you will be aware, due to an event booking for our game against Hull
City we do not have use of the Club Coventry Lounge. We again would like
to apologise for the inconvenience that this booking by the CBS Arena has
caused to our Members. As previously communicated, you will be
accommodated within the Level 2 Lounge which will include food to
hopefully celebrate a win for the Sky Blues.

 

Due to this displacement, the regular Club Coventry seats in the West
Stand would be vacant for this game as we have been advised due to the
event taking place there is no route to your seasonal seat, the club have
looked at different ways we could potentially allow access to your seat as
we fully understand how important this is to you as a member but
unfortunately we have not been able to secure a route which is agreeable
with the CBS operational team and the third party event provider so the
seats would remain empty.   We therefore would like to team up with Sky
Blues in the Community to offer these seats for free, as general admission
tickets, as an early Christmas present to local schoolchildren and
community groups.

 

While we face difficult circumstances in our arrangements for this game,
we thank you for your understanding and hopefully will join us in
welcoming these groups to our game, many of whom would otherwise not have
the opportunity to do so without us providing these free tickets to them.
