I'm responsible for payroll at Sarah Harvey,
Thank you for your invoice.
Can you please resend and breakdown days and weeks.
E.g.:
Week commencing:
30 January2023 - 5th February 2023 -------- 5 days
6th February 2023 - 12th February 2023 -------5 days on a (separate invoice)

Unfortunately we can not pay salary in advance and all timesheets must be 
cleared and agreed by the hiring manager before we can make any payment 
which should be done by 5:30pm each Monday.
If these are not signed off it will delay payment to the contractor.

If you could resend the invoice / invoices along with your VAT certificate 
and company trading certificate. We should be able to make first payment 
this Friday which on your first invoice should total £2280.
