We are currently paying Brannon:
�13.86 per hour with a charge of �20.38
�2.58 shift allowance per hour with a charge of �3.28
We are currently paying Glyn
�13.33 per hour with a charge of �19.46

Is this correct as the same rate for co-workers that are doing the same
role?
