We are writing to inform you that, effective from 1st April 2025, there
will be a change in the pricing of services provided by Fidelity Group. As
a result of regulatory changes, supplier increases, and market conditions,
a price increase of 6.4% will be applied to all services (including hosted
rentals, mobile rentals, and connectivity charges). Please note that any
services that were increased in January of this year will not receive a
further increase.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not
