An important update from Sage
Thank you for being a Sage customer.
We’re making changes to our systems to help us manage the solutions we
provide to you. These changes do not require any action from you.
The products included in this change are:
* Sage Accounting
* Sage Payroll
* Sage Corporation Tax
* Sage HR
* GoProposal by Sage
* AutoEntry by Sage
With effect from 1 December, your contract with us for any of the
above-mentioned solutions has been assigned by Sage Global Services Limited
to Sage (UK) Ltd. You’ll notice the description of your payment to Sage will
change to reference Sage (UK) Ltd.
These changes will not affect other aspects of your Sage solution, the
service you receive or the date on which the payment is made. All your
Direct Debit payments will continue to be fully protected by the Direct
Debit Guarantee Scheme, outlined below, and the terms of your contract with
Sage will be unchanged.
There is no action required from you and no need for you to complete a new
Direct Debit instruction. You may also see a comment on your Bank statement
advising you of the final payment under the old name/details, and the first
payment under the new name/details.

The Direct Debit Guarantee
* The Direct Debit Guarantee applies to all Direct Debits
* This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept
instructions to pay Direct Debits
* If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct
Debit, Sage UK Ltd will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account
being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Sage UK Ltd to collect
a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the
time of the request
* If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Sage UK Ltd or
your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate
refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
* If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when
Sage UK Ltd asks you to
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or
building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify
us.
