Many thanks for the message on my answerphone and great you can help.
I have copied in Pat as you will see as he will be able to provide the
best update on where we are at.
To replay for Pats benefit what you have said is that your costs will be
as follows;
15% for first appointment based on first year salary ignoring bonuses,
etc.
Then if we strike a deal you may be able to drop it to or future
appointments to 10% based on a flow of assignments.
