Given the new year, I wanted to check in about your Lloyds facility to see 
if you're still tied to them or if we can discuss options again.

If you have projects you need capital for or need a cash injection, I have 
lenders offering more substantial funding with better terms. The 
government-backed Growth Scheme (GGS) which replaced RLS/CBILS is another 
favourable option, given the limited PG.

Can I send you some options to look at?
