I've been in negotiation with a possible buyer of our business.
Can you provide me with the last 3 years audited accounts and I'll also
need some current Management accounts which I would presume would be up to
April.
If you let me know what you need for the Management accounts I will send
everything through.
I would be good for us if you could make the management accounts
reasonably fruitful. Obviously we don't need to put them until next year.
Hopefully we will be sold by then.
Let me know what you need. I could do with the management accounts by next
week.
