Hi Alistair,
We are thinking of selling the building at present as the mortgage is
getting lower and we have found that we can work just as well from home.
Obviously when I first bought the building I paid personally the �70k
deposit of the �229k sale price and will be looking to recuperate that
plus any profit we make on the sale.
How will we go about transferring it into our personal names? Do we need
to buy it off the Holdings? Is there a way that we can do this? I unders
