he period ending 31/07/2023.

I have noted your comments and can appreciate how these circumstances would=
 have caused a delay in the preparation of these documents.

I must inform you that we are a separate organisation from HMRC and, theref=
ore, have different filing requirements and deadlines.

I should bring to your attention that the confirmation statement for the re=
view period 07/08/2024 is due for filing by 21/08/2024.

As you want the company to remain on the register, I=92ve stopped the propo=
sed strike off action.  The failure to file accounts is a criminal offence =
but I will defer any prosecution action for 28 days from the date of this e=
mail.

If the company record is not brought up to date by that time, the directors=
 may be prosecuted. Conviction for these offences will result in a criminal=
 record and a potential unlimited fine for each document not delivered on t=
ime.

How to file your documents

You can file certain types of accounts online with built in checks to help =
you get it right first time:

www.gov.uk/file-your-company-annual-accounts

If you cannot file online, you can send your paper accounts to: Companies H=
ouse, Crown Way, Cardiff CF14 3UZ. It takes longer to process paper documen=
ts sent by post.

Important information

This deferral of prosecution action does not extend or change your original=
 statutory filing deadline.

As your accounts are already late, the company will automatically get a civ=
il late filing penalty when Companies House receives and accepts your accou=
nts.

The penalty amount depends on how late the accounts are. This is separate t=
o any criminal proceedings being considered against the directors. The late=
 filing penalty is doubled if your accounts are late 2 years in a row.

After discussion with Emma in companies house contact centre:

I am contacting you  in regard to Sarah Harvey Limited company number 06689=
240. 14 Rural Innovation centre, Avenue H, Stonleigh Park

I have noticed that we have been issued a striking off notice on company ho=
use website which we were not informed about.

I have spoken to Emma to explain that our company is in the process of subm=
itting our records over the next week or so and are due to several reasons =
that were out of our control.

First loss of two accountants due to personal reasons which has meant we ha=
ve had to Re- look into or our accounts for that year. As you may or may no=
t be aware last year our accounting system was brutally hacked along with o=
ur HMRC website portal (which caused all sorts of problems last year which =
HMRC are aware of). It has taken us some time to recover various informatio=
n but we do not wish to lose our company and could you please give us a cou=
ple of weeks to submit our final accounts. We have also had a change in our=
 management structure which has been a long hard slog. Its been a tough yea=
r for us as a small company and we know that we have fell behind with submi=
ssions but this will be rectified asap

We also have large organisations  that we trade with and this notice will d=
efinitely lose us a large amount of business. Could this please be rescinde=
d on our account  as it will cause so unrepairable damage to our company .

I have noticed that we have been issued a striking off notice on company ho=
use website which we were not informed about.<br>

I have spoken to Emma to explain that our company is in the process of subm=
itting our records over the next week or so and are due to several reasons =
that were out of our control.<br>

First loss of two accountants due to personal reasons which has meant we ha=
ve had to Re- look into or our accounts for that year. As you may or may no=
t be aware last year our accounting system was brutally hacked along with o=
ur HMRC website portal (which caused
 all sorts of problems last year which HMRC are aware of). It has taken us =
some time to recover various information but we do not wish to lose our com=
pany and could you please give us a couple of weeks to submit our final acc=
ounts. We have also had a change
 in our management structure which has been a long hard slog. Its been a to=
ugh year for us as a small company and we know that we have fell behind wit=
h submissions but this will be rectified asap<br>

We also have large organisations &nbsp;that we trade with and this notice w=
ill definitely lose us a large amount of business. Could this please be res=
cinded on our account &nbsp;as it will cause so unrepairable damage to our =
