Sue,
As I have explained numerous times I currently have a terminally ill child
in hospital with a broken leg, two more children at home that have had
contact stopped with their biological father plus our 11 month old. Myself
and my partner are both taking shifts in either place to care for the
children. Last night I was in the hospital room with George, on a high
dependency ward with 24 hour nurse and staff care. I do not feel that is the
right environment to be debating, who has said what at what time etc. As I
stated before ending the telephone call.
I also do not appreciate the pressure yourselves are putting on me
non-contractually.
As for your statement of you need to know going forward, as I have also said
many times this week. I will assess my decision for my future, post George
being in hospital when some normalcy has resumed.
Please show me some more humility and respect, both on our contractual
obligations and my personal situation.
As for the issue of payments, as per contract I am due to be paid today. I
would expect some resolution or explanation in writing today, otherwise I
will have no choice but to seek advice from ACAS and Tribunal Support
Service next week.
