Hi Niki,
Who do I contact regarding technical problems for future use. I have no
contact details as previous.
We have switched over to mobile broadband using EE but the phones are not
working correctly ( Not ringing and can’t hear anything. The internet is
fine.) Can you get your technical team to check this out. Apparently it’s
your end where the problem lies?
Can you send details of the mobile app as promised and I also need details
and link for the account website so I can adjust phones and look at data as
previous.
If there is a problem can someone come back to me. I am on 01926 350413 but
this does not seem to work with EE mobile broadband. But they can look at
this phone to see why its not working correctly.
Its quite urgent
