Hi Jonathon,
Thanks very much for all the work that you've recently put in regarding
the sale of our building.
We've had a few changes within our business that have altered the whole
decision on whether to sell or not over the past week.
After a long hard discussion between myself and the other director we have
decided to decline the offer from your client and take the building off
the market for the time being.
We feel that within this current climate that we would be wise to hold on
with any decisions and are looking at refurbishing the offices and renting
the vacant office space.
I know it may be a blow to your client and please express our deepest
apologies, I also would like to thank you for your time.
If you could forward your advertisement bill to us we will be happy to pay
that as discussed.
If we do decide in future as things can change rapidly to sell again. We
will make sure that we come directly back to your company.
If you rent commercial / retail property we would possibly be interested
in renting the building through you.
