Hi Bob,

Since the budget, the pattern has been consistent. A UK business audits 
their team and realises half the seats are on non-billing work like admin, 
sourcing, compliance and support. So they move that work to Cape Town at 
less than half the cost, and push their UK people onto the billing side of 
the business.

Same total spend, more billing work done in the UK.
