Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March
No service between Cockfosters and Uxbridge, including during Friday and
Saturday Night Tube
Piccadilly line services will remain open between Acton Town and Heathrow.
For Heathrow, use Elizabeth line services. For stations between Rayners Lane
and Uxbridge, use the Metropolitan line.
For all other stations including those in central London, use alternative
Tube services or local/replacement bus routes. The Northern and Victoria
lines will be busier than usual.

Seven Sisters station is expected to be busier than usual, especially after
the game, where the queue to enter will move more slowly. The walking route
between Tottenham Hale and the stadium takes the same time and the route is
well signed.

Buses and roads
Bus journeys will be affected by the following changes over the weekend. A
bus strike will affect some bus routes in east and northeast London.
Bus strike
Until 05:00 on Monday 23 March, planned strike action will affect seven bus
routes across east London.
On these days, the following routes may be severely delayed and subject to
cancellations: 8, 25, 205, 425, N8, N25 and N205.
After the strike action, normal service is expected to resume from
approximately 05:00 on Monday 23 March.
All other bus routes, and Tube and rail services, will run as planned but
other local services may be busier than usual.

Increased footfall and traffic levels are expected before and after each
event, with some venues implementing local road closures to safely manage
pedestrian and vehicle movements.
Friday 20 March until late April
A40 Westway
From 22:00 on Friday 20 March until late April, the A40 will be closed in
both directions between the Westway Roundabout and the Marylebone Flyover
(including the Marylebone Flyover). This is while we carry out essential
safety-critical renewal work on the flyover structure.
Severe delays are expected, particularly on the signed diversion routes and
local roads.
Following these works, there will be weekend westbound closures of the A40
at the Westway Roundabout until July 2026. These closures will take place
between 22:00 on Fridays and 05:00 on Mondays. The Marylebone Flyover will
be open during these weekend works.

Central London
From 12:00 until 17:00, a march will take place from Russell Square and
Whitehall via Southampton Row, Kingsway, Aldwych and Strand. Road closures
and bus diversions will be in place, with local traffic delays expected.
From 12:00 until 18:00, a charity walk will take place throughout central
London. An increase in pedestrian foot traffic is expected along the walking
route.
From 13:00 until 17:00, a march will take place between Hyde Park and
Knightsbridge. Traffic and bus delays are expected in the local area.
Sunday 22 and Monday 23 March
A23 Streatham Hill
From 22:00 until 05:00 each night on Sunday 22 and Monday 23 March, the A23
will be closed overnight between the junction with the A205 Christchurch
Road and the junction with the B221 Sternhold Avenue.
This is so we can change the current traffic management layout safely, as we
progress work to deliver a new permanent road layout on the A23 Streatham
Hill. This will make it easier and safer for people to walk and cycle in the
area, and improve bus reliability.
