As promised, please see attached the calculation example.



An agency markup of 15% will be applied solely based on the pay rate and
statutory costs will then be added.



Example Calculation:

Pay rate: �14.00

Agency mark up: �14.00 x 15% = �2.10



Statutory costs will include(where applicable) � Annual Leave, ENI,
Pension and Apprenticeship levy.



The VMS will display the pay rate range per job title. Upon entering a pay
rate, the system will automatically compute a 15% agency markup on the pay
rate, add statutory costs, and present the resulting charge rate.



Also, can you please share with me the rate and rules report from etips?
