Hi Sam,
Your holiday works as percentage accrual.
At last weeks salary you had accrued £107.21 in Total. We paid you £63.75.
You currently only have £43.46 in your kitty.
As you only work on average 16 hours per week , your accrual is low.
You need to build a kitty up.
I can pay the £43.46 if you wish but that will mean that you have no holiday
accrual.
Can you let me know if you would like this and I can pay this today.
