Position Description:


The Opportunity This is an exciting role within the Sales team of the UK
National Sales Company (NSC). As the Product Owner - eCommerce you will be
responsible for turning the needs and demands from stakeholders across the
wider business into delivering new functionality and services across the
New and Used Car Online stores at UK NSC. In line with the Product
Managers longer term strategic transformation, you will lead and manage
the product roadmap and backlog, whilst work closely with other Product
Owners to turn the gathered technical requirements into User Stories in
order to deliver the roadmap. You will be responsible for establishing and
operating within the governance (decision making) structure for the
program/project and managing/escalating issues and risks, as well as work
with stakeholders during UAT to ensure reports meet requirements and
ensure all deliveries are signed-off. Ideally we would like you to have an
understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and experience with
system product development teams, as you will have active involvement in
the Sprint ceremonies and sign-off of features as available in the Sprint
review. Key Performance Indicators Delivered to the eCommerce platform in
line with overall schedule eCommerce product roadmap & backlog is
maintained


Skills Required:


key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Build & own the eCommerce
product roadmap & backlog for the UK NSC Lead the prioritisation of
enhancements and changes to the eCommerce platforms based on business need
Design & develop User Stories to deliver new features and services Own the
test & release functionality ensuring all third parties are lined up &
involved Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure adequate
support is available in delivering requirements Manage the bugs backlog
and ensure they are managed and maintain within adequate timings.
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection
with their job as may be requested Key Interactions 3rd Party suppliers
and digital agencies UK NSC Sales Operations team UK NSC CRM team

Experience Required:


Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owners, Digital
Platform Specialist Experience working in an AGILE environment. Experience
of working with 3rd Party software suppliers and external agencies
Automotive Sales Process knowledge An understanding of Financial Conduct
Authority compliance frameworks


Experience Preferred:


Prince 2 Alige or SCRUM qualifications Digital marketing background"
