Apparently we have recently changed over to Eon from Npwer.
We have two accounts and I�m totally confused on how much I owe. I�ve now
had an email threatening breach of contract. Yet I don�t have a contract
with you. Plus a �40 extra charge.
After navigating your terrible web portal I am still none the wiser as to
how much I owe and considering my building has been closed for a year it
shouldn�t be much.
I put actual readings last week which still don�t seem to be reflected in
your billing.
I�m on a flexible contract that no one has discussed with me as I was told
by Npower that I would be contacted after the changeover to discuss
tariffs.
