Thanks for your email. Unfortunately this has been overlooked . Ellen
looked after your contract but has left the company recently leaving a
few holes. You do have holiday entitlement accrued. Holiday works on
12.07% of your hours worked. I am not in the office today but I will send
you a breakdown of your holiday accrued when I am back in the office
tomorrow. I will make sure you receive any holiday outstanding on this
week's payroll.
I can only apologise for the mix up.

Hi,
I emailed you on 30.04.2018 and Ellen Harris on 03.05.2018 to say I had
annual leave booked on 2 days - 04.05.2018 & 08.05.2018 (Including a bank
holiday 07.05.2018).
I am asking you again to please explain to me how holiday entitlement and
pay Is calculated and works through this agency, as the holiday
calculations foe the stated dates are not on this payslip. This is
concerning as no explanation has been provided by yourself or on my
contract why I have not received holiday pay on the dates stated above.
Could you therefore please provide me with an explanation with regards to
my query?
