I’ve just looked at this and you are completely correct. I must apologise
and will transfer the funds immediately along with an extra £10 for expense
cost.
The funds have been sitting in our bank suspense account. Sometimes they do
a fraud check but I’m usually notified so I don’t understand what has
happened.
I will endeavour for this not to arise in the future.

please as I don't seem to have received it?
Payslip was received OK dated 19 April, but amount has not been credited
