Hi Eden
Just a quick reminder regarding repair to the damaged skirting boards that
have been caused by groundsmen strimming and the possible laying of a
stoned border in order for this not to happen again as you agreed that
would do during our meeting last month.
Admittingly I do understand work loads do build up on a site this size but
the damage is unacceptable from a '5 star site' and considering the
charges that we do incur for ground rent etc.
I don't want this being forgotten as so regularly in the past that issues
have been pushed under the carpet. We also discussed the Electric box
being hit by possibly a mower and cables cut through while strimming yet
again. Its not surprising that people cut there own lawns.
It was however very nice to meet a polite and enthusiastic young man who
seemed to understand the issues and be prepared to sort them out.
As we also discussed one side of our caravan was completely covered in
grass residue of which we received a letter from your manager shaming us
on a dirty caravan of which you agreed with us that it can be caused by
grass cutting in damp or wet weather. I clean our caravan regularly and
keep its cleanliness to a high standard and to be told it was dirty in a
letter a month after it being jet washed and to have not been at the site
I find this insult.
It has been cleaned now which I do frequently throughout the year. I do
hope your Manager will be checking the vans that don't bother all year
around to clean there caravans and lodges which includes several of the
newer ones and caravans that are seldomly used all year.
I will inform you next time regarding any grass residue from cutting as
you mentioned that you would get your team to clean it if it has been
caused by them.
