As requested.


It was lovely speaking to you. I have not enclosed any fees to help
liquidate at this moment until we can have a proper chat. The information
below outlines the different payment options we offer also the step by step
process, if you so wish for our help.


Enjoy the remaining holiday time and I will contact you Monday 11th August.


There are then two options for payment of our fee:


Option 1

Pay the balance of the fee straight away and we arrange the liquidation for
the earliest possible date.


Option 2

If you or the company cannot pay the fee in full straight away you can pay
the fee in 3 equal monthly payments by direct debit, with the first payment
coming out the day before we finish placing the company into liquidation
(see Step 5 below), without any change to the fee.


We can also offer payment terms of 6 months for an additional =C2=A3250 plu=
s VAT


The process of Liquidation is as follows:


Step 1 - Validation - any directors and shareholders, or parties paying our
costs to verify their identity. Once confirmation you wish to move forward
is received we will send you a link to do so via Validate Me.


Step 2 - Information Gathering - The easiest way to do this is to grant
read only access to any cloud accounting package you use along with access
to view your government gateway tax accounts and we can pull the
information we need. If this is not possible we can provide a list of
information and documents we will need.


We must also verify any active company bank accounts and will send a link
via a platform called Armalytix to do this. https://armalytix.com/users/


Step 3 =E2=80=93 Director instructs Business Rescue Expert to prepare the C=
ompany
for Liquidation by signing our letter of engagement sent via PandaDoc. This
takes effect on receipt of the payment of =C2=A3444.


Step 4 =E2=80=93 Upon instruction we prepare a Director=E2=80=99s Report an=
d Statement of
Affairs which details the financial situation of the Company, and its
reasoning for entering Liquidation. This is signed off by you.



Step 5 =E2=80=93 The signed Director=E2=80=99s Report and Statement of Affa=
irs is then
issued to creditors notifying them of the Company status and notifying them
of the date the Company enters Liquidation. This is called a Meeting of
Creditors but in reality, 95% of the time it is a phone call between you
and us.


Step 6- Upon appointment, confirmation is sent to all creditors and the
registered address on Companies House is updated to our address. All future
correspondence is sent to us from that point onwards.  This does not appear
on your personal credit file, hence no impact on your credit score.


Step 7 =E2=80=93 Our instruction with yourself is completed and whilst the =
Company
is in Liquidation we complete our statutory duties as liquidators, working
with creditors moving forward.

The above process can be as quick as 10 days or 28 days depending on which
option you choose above.
