Just to build on this:
After speaking with a number of recruiters, what I’ve noticed is that small
delays across stages tend to compound.
Individually, they’re minor.
But across multiple roles, they start to impact in numbers.
Most teams don’t actively track this, it just shows up as slower movement.
Have you found a consistent way to manage this across your team?
