Universal Credits (its the equivalent of tax credits just a new system)
informed me they had no record of me being paid last month so I self
declared over the telephone paid back the overpayment they gave me as they
thought I hadn’t worked and thought it was all resolved. However this month
they said I’d been paid double what I have for the month after speaking to
them they have told me its because of the late filing with HMRC of my wages
tax etc. from last month so it is showing both wage payments for this month.
But because their records basically show I got paid over £3266.80 this month
they have stopped my universal credit for Mikey and his school meal
allowance. Luckily I spotted the email about his lunches before he had lunch
at school and was able to put some money in his account otherwise he wouldn’t
of been able to get a proper lunch at school yesterday. Not getting my
Universal credit this month which wouldn’t be a big bother as its not a
massive amount of money if not for the fact I put all my bonus into my ISA
so can’t get it out again. There's also the potential issue if I cant
resolve things quickly with HMRC that the bursary I've applied for for Mikey’s
school trip to South Africa is going to be denied as without the meal
allowance and universal credit I don’t qualify and this trip is like £3000
and although i can pay it in instalments I kind of need the bursary to help
as I’m also going to have to buy him all special equipment etc on top of the
trip costs. They have told me it could take up to 60 days to rectify as they
don’t have any appointments at the job centre available for the next month
so my only other alternative is to take a day off next week to go and sit in
the job centre wait for someone to be able to see me if they have a last
minute cancellation or get a spare 5 minutes between appointments with my
bank statements and pay slips to show when and how much i was paid and that
I've not received any additional payments not shown on my wage slip.

Hi Bob
Sue said we could take a verbal confirmation from Malcolm for Anil’s hours
for the 1st and the 4th as Malcolm was unable to provide timesheets due to
being in Wembley at a show so we do not have a timesheets for him.
Elizabeth is still trying to sort out the Genevieve’s timesheet but she’s
having problems getting hold of the manager and Genevieve is still out of
the country on holiday. Worst case scenario Genevieve is back next week and
will have the timesheets then.
Elizabeth had a new starter this week for UBT Wotek Malachowski and I had a
new PAYE person for Mondelez Declan Walker I have added Declan's charge rate
etc to the Mondelez section.
I’m glad you’re in next week I really need to speak to you also as there has
been some issues with my tax being declared with HMRC and basically its
messed up quite a few things for me this month.

Can you put any hours that you have been sent through and any new starters.
Can we get a timesheet for Anil at UBT from last week and for Monday if he
worked.
Don’t worry about MSX and Mondelez. I can pick them up here.
We didn’t get hours for Genevieve Pole last week so there may be a timesheet
for that also.
I will be back in next week when WILL sit down and discuss a few areas that
we need to sort.
