Hello Bob,
Thank you for your email at this time of the day.
I originally asked for non billable hours for bank holidays, as my
colleagues and former contractors adviced me to do because they know that
I've been saving my holidays and they had done the same thing in the past.
To my surprise and without stating anything like that in the contract you
and Sue told me that I cannot take non billable for bank holiday. In between
it was mentioned something about holidays and money that you need to pay me
because I did not get my holidays.
Eventually, I understood that we found a solution for everyone. Me keeping
my holidays and not taking the money and you paying for bank holidays.
All the above was to explain my point of view and how I was confused with
everything. I do not want to cause you more troubles for today. Keep it as
it is, more holidays for me!

Generally we pay holiday on Bank holidays.
If you want holiday I can pay it, On this occasion if you don’t I will hold
