So we need a full description of what has happened, What has been said
exactly between the parties, what colleagues have witnessed and said. The
name of the people involved. Will they support her claim?
What the manager has done, what the manager has said, what the person
accused has said and done. The names of people who will vouch for what has
happened ( any witnesses. Will they supply witness accounts.
We will also need accurate time scales, accurate accounts of the
situation.
Has Sophie taken any actions verbally to resolve the situation. How has
the manager handled the situation as he has a duty to resolve the
situation. Who has Sophie raised her concerns with.
The contact numbers and emails of anyone involved. Any other information
that she can give us. The other workers agency if that's possible also.
This needs to be officially put in writing if she wishes to take it
further. She also needs to state what she wants us to do and where to take
it or does she want it resolved amicably.
