That seems a bit harsh, twice in 6 years! I can imagine that it does take
up enough of your time. Like we all don't have enough to do without being
invaded by HMRC! Hope they leave you alone for a while now.

Here is the credit note as discussed with Clare.
Yes it was a bit heavy last week but we have come out unscathed. They are
quite thorough.
This is the second one I've had in six years. It takes up weeks of my
time.
If you pay invoices as normal and show credit note on remittance as a
deduction.
It should be easy enough to sort out.
I still have two recent invoices to send you.

Christmas and slipped through my calculations.

Sorry its took a few days for me to get back to you.
Thanks for looking into this for Thwaites.
As I said when we met I had also been through all of the time sheets and I
have attached some I am not sure are correct and would like you to please
check for me before we agree to the amount we are owed.
The first is week ending 6.1.19. According to Thwaites holiday records
Sarah only worked Thursday and Friday this week, therefore should have
only claimed for 10.5 hours not 15.75 as on timesheet.
The second is week ending 13.1.19. According to Thwaites holiday records
Sarah took half day holiday on Thursday, therefore should have only
claimed 22.75 hours worked not 26 as on timesheet.
Finally, and this is only me being picky, the PDF attached "example half
hour" shows Sarah did not take a half hour lunch on the Wednesday.
Although I can appreciate this is for management to ensure takes place
could I please ask you to check with her she is taking her breaks. This is
something we actively encourage at Thwaites and so I would always expect
to see 30 mins lunch taken when she is working her longer days.
Can we also agree Sarah Harvey will contact either Kim or I to inform us
when overtime is worked for any of the staff temps? I noticed a couple of
28 hours weeks, rather than 26.

I've covered the whole year and attached is a copy of the incorrect hours
which have been submitted by Sarah.
I've also attached what they should have been along with the difference in
Invoice.
As you can see it adds up to quite a large amount. I am quite happy to
refund directly to Thwaites which would be less complicated and keeps
current invoices in order.
Sarah also owes us quite a bit back in holiday accrual and payments which
I will agree a payment plan with her
I have forwarded her a copy of her timesheets, hours quoted against hours
actually taken for her to agree on.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
I can only apologise but unfortunately it was out of our hands.
