Hi Both,



Kindly see the below confirmation sent by SUE HARVEY stating that overtime
of 2 Saturdays will be paid in 2 separate weeks as that is how I
confirmed. Email was sent on 05/08/2022 09:06. (see below)



Due to this error of payment by Sarah Harvey I had to pay extra tax which
has left me at financial loss. This is now not made the overtime worth
while completing as I have now had to pay emergency tax where my tax code
also changed. This was no fault of mine. You had also not given me
adequate time to respond to the email which Sue sent me. I�d like to
question why the payslip was created with the information not agreed with
me on.? You had week time to discuss the matter and should have spoken to
me before making any decision. Why it was left till the last minute? Why
did you not wait for the decision myself instead of actioning before my
authority?



Kindly advise how will you reimbursed the payment !

�175 for Sundays hours and put in last week time sheet.  I know that SARAH
HARVEY gets different rate for my work, Could you please check with
HR/PAYROLL for last week money they credited to SARAH HARVEY as I didn�t
work on last and this agency should not be getting any additional money
for that day except �175 for the overtime I worked on 29/07/2022. I should
be receiving the full amount of �175 overtime and NO ENHANCEMENT SHOULD BE
PAID TO AGENCY (SARAH HARVEY).



I rang SUE to discuss about the timesheet for current week and asked about
the overtime money. I found on call that overtime money of 2 days were
paid in 1 payslip and on question that decision she started speaking
rudely and were putting blame on me for not responding to her email which
she apparently sent at 15:38 yesterday which I never received. I found her
behaviour very unprofessional as she quoted me as a MAD to her colleague
Bob while I was on the call with her. This is unprofessional and
demeaning. Mr Bob called me Pathetic too. Not once did I use any insulting
words to any of them!!



This is unacceptable for me. Can we discuss this on your return to work on
Monday and take it to HR. Verbal abuse is a CRIME. This has affected my
mental health and wellbeing.
