Hi Jack
Please fill in your timesheet and send to Bob when you finish on Thursday.
Please make sure the timesheet is signed off and approved by your manager
to avoid any delays.
Put all hours worked, including your breaks, on the timesheet. If you
don't work just leave blank or put in something like N/A so we know you
haven't missed putting any hours in. You accrue holiday pay based on how
long you have been employed. This is explained in your contract. You
won't have accrued any holiday entitlement for this bank holiday.
Your hours for this week will be processed next week and paid on Friday
5th April. Hours you work next week will be processed for payment on
Friday 12th April and so on.

Good morning,
I hope you are well.
Could you please let me know how submitting my worksheets around the bank
holiday will work? Do I need to submit them for this week on Thurs?
Additionally, do I get paid for the bank holiday from Kingsley? Or do I
need to omit filling in that day from my worksheet?
I'm quite new to working with submitting sheets and temping via agency so
any and all information would be helpful.
