Good afternoon Bob
I hope you had a good weekend.
The factory has returned, and T&A has now been authorised.
I've picked up on invoice 249247 that Tony Brown's hours have all been
charged to us as basic rate. He should have been paid for 17 hours at
basic and then 2 hours at overtime rate. This is due to him working an
additional hour on both 19/07 and 20/07.
Could this be corrected in Tony's pay and also on the next invoice to us
please.
