I thought I'd leave you over the weekend as you definitely had more pressing 
issues.
Yes Adam is over the moon and would like to accept the role. He's really 
happy and can't wait to get started..
If you could put together a formal letter stating the salary, pay referral, 
date of start etc. just for his benefit and a copy pf the contract.
