This is not exactly what I discussed with your representative.

I suggested that we have down scaled and no longer use handsets and only use 
mobiles. I also asked for someone to call me to discuss rates.

I did mention that we only had two people working for us and could someone 
contact us to discuss options. I didn’t give a date of when we would be 
looking at ceasing trading. I just mentioned in the near future and we did 
not need all the current services.



As I am aware we are out of contract and can cease our services with 30 days 
notice at anytime I want to whether we want to or not transfer to another 
provider which at the moment I am looking at.

I am out of the office tomorrow but a requested over the past few months can 
someone call me to discuss.

in approximately 11 to 12 months’ time. We acknowledge receipt of your 
request and are happy to assist you with the next steps.

To proceed, could you kindly confirm the following:

*	Is the cancellation request for all services on your account?
*	Your preferred termination date
*	Confirmation that the services should be ceased/deleted, and not ported to 
a new provider

Please note the following regarding your contract terms:

*	Your services are currently in the renewal term.
*	To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you submit a written notice 
at least 30 days prior to your intended cease of trading .

Once we receive the above details, we will log the cancellation request on 
our portal and ensure everything is actioned accordingly.
