you GulfTalent's latest analysis on how the tournament is likely to affect
workplaces across the Middle East, considering that most matches will be
airing overnight local time. 

A few highlights: 84% of professionals plan to watch at least some of the
games; 45% expect no impact on their working day, while 30% expect to go
in tired and smaller numbers plan to work from home, start late or take
time off. Notably, only about one in nine companies has a specific World
Cup policy in place, while seven in ten managers plan to give their teams
some flexibility.
