Hi Bill,
Thanks for everything.
We are not sure when and if we are going to sell in the future.
We just had a sit down over the past few months and decided financially
and business wise it would be better for us to hang onto the building.
We had decided that after the first offer we were going to take it off the
market but when the second offer came it put a spanner in the works.
We do think we have made the correct decision for the time being.
We want to get some of the work done to bring it up to scratch including
windows, damp and upstairs etc, the roof has also had a lot of tiles
coming off recently.
The lock-down has made us re-think our business plans.
I do thank you for your help and advice and when we re-open after
Christmas please feel free to drop in for a coffee.
On another note would it be possible to get a copy of the EPC so we can
have a look at what we have to do to bring the building up to a reasonable
rating.
I will make payment over the next day or so as promised.
If we do decide to sell in the future I will come directly back to you.
