Hi,
Over the past few months, I’ve been speaking with a number of recruiters.
One pattern keeps coming up: what happens after candidates enter the
pipeline.
Things like:
* follow-ups depending on individual recruiters
* feedback loops taking longer than expected
* candidates sitting in stages without clear visibility
Not necessarily broken, just harder to manage as teams scale.
Curious if this is something you’ve come across as well?
Cheers 🥂
Touria
