Hi Chris,
Sorry for taking a while getting back to you but due to all this current 
covid19 situation it has put all our projects back.
We've now got the funds for this work. Would you be able to still start 
this? The offices are now closed so this would be an ideal opportunity to 
get the work done.

Hi Bob
This quote dose not include a price for the investigation work i.e digging a 
trial hole out side and find were the waste pipe or water is running and see 
if thats the problem but it would only be one day of labour which would be 
£380 and any materials that are need.
We have allowed to remove plaster behind what will be your kitchen units and 
at that point we could have good investigation into the problem.
And with the kitchen units we can show you the catalogue and you can pick 
from the trade range as this is what we have based are price on.
With regards to a start date we could start on the 23rd of march.
