Hi Bob thanks for your phone call yesterday. HMRC have got back to me and 
have asked me to get answers to the following questions. Has my employment 
with the agency come to an end. Have I been given form SSP 1. Having been 
payed sick pay why has it ended. And the reason why it has ended. Would it 
be possible to have these questions answered please Bob.Thanks Nigel
