Yes that’s fine. If you can get your manager to approve them asap when you
return.
If you can put down the days you will be taking off as normal unbillable and
drop down holiday on your timesheet. I’ll pick them up and pay holiday and
make payment accordingly.
We should be paying salary this year Christmas eve and New years eve. One
day earlier than normal.

Subject: Christmas timesheets
Good morning Mr Home,
I hope you are well. My manager told me that she needs to approve my
Christmas timesheets by 14th of December ( MDLZ has put that as the
deadline).
Of course I know that we cannot see the timesheets from the upcoming weeks.
So I wanted to ask if we could do it as last year. I will submit my
timesheets as normal and then she will approve them when we are back Monday
4th of January, and I will get paid as normal every Friday.
Also I will take a few days off. 22-24/12 and 29-31/12.
6 days in total.
