I didn’t say you couldn’t factor, I said the board wasn’t happy for payment
to be sent without the MSX account being fully reconciled.
I cant see your invoices have been uploaded?
As GRI pay invoices under GRI we need to split the invoices into two
accounts to ensure we have them under the correct legal entity.
Can you let me know which invoices relate to Jaguar Land Rover so I can move
them on to a new account?

Here is the msx remit.
There should be at least £50k to hit the account either today or tomorrow.
Which I was waiting for before I did the full remit remit. They only have
two girls working for them doing the finance and its nearly impossible to
get hold of them. It generally takes them a few days to come back to me.
For info.
We still have quite a lot of people working currently at Mondelez
(06745250)and still have a few people at JLR. (01672070). GRI (04766716)
look after the accounts for JLR but I have no dealing with them. I only
deal with MSX who is our supplier. As previously discussed we have no direct
contact with JLR or Mondelez . We are employed by msx.
We have only had to Furlough 4 workers and they are at Thwaites so it’s a
normal week for us.
So not being able to factor is very inconvenient for us.
